When is the best time to go to The Arbor?

The best time to go to The Arbor is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are smaller. Spring in The Arbor brings mild temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C, and the natural landscape comes alive with blooming flowers and lush greenery. This is an excellent time for couples who enjoy exploring the botanical gardens and taking scenic walks along the various trails without the intense summer heat. The outdoor dining options also become particularly appealing. Autumn offers similarly comfortable temperatures, usually between 10°C and 20°C, alongside the stunning display of changing leaves. For those who appreciate outdoor activities, such as hiking or cycling, this period provides ideal conditions. The cooler air and clear skies make it great for enjoying the local parks and outdoor markets. While summer (June to August) is also popular, it can be quite warm and humid, with temperatures often exceeding 30°C, and it tends to be the busiest period.

"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

Top The Arbor Hotel Reviews

Super 8 by Wyndham Morganton

8/10 Good

"Room was clean and updated. Was quiet at night. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Bed was very comfortable. Door to bathroom looked like it had been kicked in at some point and badly patched."
