"Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, danishes, fruits, bagels, sausage , eggs, toast, oatmeal. Beds were really hard, my back hurt after sleeping. Ac was … trying its best. Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later . Overall if pool had been open I would have been much happier . However, the free breakfast was good, and you can tell they are trying, they are in process of renovating everything. - sheets were clean and I didn’t find anything odd about room other than a musty smell, which I think was the ac."

"We had 4 generations of 16 people who enjoyed a memorable week together with beautiful views and fantastic weather! As others have mentioned, the kitchen was very well stocked with cups/plates/utensils, serving/cutting utensils, pots and pans, and a variety of spices. The under cabinet ice machine was essential for filling coolers and the second fridge downstairs was great for drinks. We also rented the UTV and couldn't have managed the week without it (especially for going up). The owner's pontoon was great for multiple sunset cruises by all in our party, and so fun for daytime use for tubing and wake boarding. The wifi/internet was strong enough to support a variety of activities in the evenings, so previous comments regarding spotty service no longer seem to be an issue. I will point out that the upper level of the dock no longer has the comfy seating as pictured & described; it currently has 2 square tables with 4 fixed benches around the sides. There are umbrella holes in the middle of both, and I would strongly recommend bringing table umbrellas or a portable canopy for that upper level. The steel floor was too hot to walk on (barefoot) during our hottest days (high 80s/90 degrees) and we would have benefitted from some second level shade. Our whole crew wanted to be at the dock all day, but comfortable seating was a challenge on both dock levels for those taking a break from the water. I will bring beach & camp chairs/shade if we are fortunate enough to return."
